Shipping policy

 

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7 per order across Australia. Orders over $149 will receive free shipping.

The shipping method we use is Registered Australia Post. If you would like the courier to leave your goods when you are not home, please specify this in the comments section of your order. Otherwise a calling card will be left, which will require you to ring the courier to arrange re-delivery. Please note that leaving the goods waives the included insurance on the goods.

All items are delivered to the delivery address supplied by the purchaser. Errors in the given address are the responsibility of the purchaser.

At the moment we only ship to Australian addresses. If you would like to order shoes to go overseas, please contact us and we can determine shipping costs.

Our website is kept as current as possible. From time to time goods ordered online may not be in stock in our store. We will procure the items as soon as possible. If there is to be a delay we will advise you via email of the expected delivery date. If at this point you do not wish to proceed with the transaction, we will refund the entire purchase amount without question.

Goods in stock will be despatched by the next working day. As a general guideline, deliveries to the eastern states take 3 to 5 days, while regional areas and other states may take 5 to 7 days.
