Our Fit Promise and Return Policy
At Natural Fit Footwear, our aim is to ensure that your experience in store & online is an easy one. Moreover, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Our promise is that we will ensure the correct fit, every time! If we can’t deliver on that we will refund or exchange your purchase. It is that easy!
In store, we will take the time to measure your foot, find the right fitting shoe and also suggest different options. However, if you get home and for whatever reason the purchase does not meet your expectation, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days of your purchase. It is that easy! The only thing we ask is that the shoe is not worn and in a condition where it can be resold.
To ensure that your experience online is also as customised, we provide a Natural Fit “size guide” to take some of the guess work out of your size selection. However, should you select an incorrect size or even if you simply don’t feel comfortable in the shoe, Natural Fit Footwear will provide an exchange free of any postage and handling charges.
For in-store purchases, please return to the store you purchased at and the in-store specialist will assist in your return/exchange.
For online purchases- simply return the incorrect size to our Returns Department unworn, in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of dispatch accompanied by a completed copy of our return form.
The return form has all the details to make this as easy as possible. As soon as we receive the shoes we will process a return and send you a credit note. It is that easy!
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $10 per order across Australia. Orders above $100 will receive free shipping.
The shipping methods we use is Registered Australia Post. If you would like the courier to leave your goods if you are not home please specify this in the comments section of your order otherwise a calling card will be left which will require you to ring the courier to arrange re-delivery. Please note that leaving the goods waives the included insurance on the goods.
All items are delivered to the delivery address supplied by the purchaser. Errors in the given address are the responsibility of the purchaser.
At the moment we only ship to Australian addresses. If you would like to order shoes to go overseas please contact us and we can determine shipping costs.
Shipping Lead Time and Delivery
Our website is kept as current as possible. From time to time goods ordered online may not be in stock in our store. We will procure the items as soon as possible. If there is to be a delay we will advise you via email of the expected delivery date. If at this point you do not wish to proceed with the transaction we will refund the entire purchase amount without question.
Goods in stock will be despatched by the next working day. As a general guideline deliveries to the eastern seaboard should take no longer than 2 days. Deliveries to the west will take a little longer.
