Our Return Policy
At Natural Fit Footwear, our goal is to make your shopping experience, whether in-store or online, smooth and enjoyable. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we're here to make that happen.
When you visit us in-store, we’ll take the time to carefully measure your feet, suggest the best-fitting shoes, and offer different options to suit your needs. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out once you get home. If your purchase doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days. It’s as simple as that! We just ask that the shoes are unworn and in a condition suitable for resale. Please remember to bring your proof of purchase when returning in-store.
For our online shoppers, we also make returns easy. If you need a refund or exchange, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that return postage is at your expense, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new pair for the first exchange. Just send your original pair back, and once we receive it, we’ll get your new shoes sent out at no additional cost.
One exception to our policy is during “Buy One, Get One” promotions—these purchases are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To make sizing easier when shopping online, we provide a detailed Natural Fit size guide to help take the guesswork out of finding your perfect fit. Simply download and fill out our return form and send it to info@naturalfit.com.au We’ll guide you through the next steps. The form includes all the details to make the return process quick and easy, and we’ll take care of everything once we receive your shoes.
Shipping Information
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $14.95 per order across Australia, and orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. We use Registered Australia Post for deliveries. If you’d prefer the courier to leave your order when you’re not home, just let us know in the comments section of your order. Otherwise, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details. Currently, we only ship within Australia, but if you’re interested in an international order, feel free to reach out and we will be able to arrange the purchase. Please contact us at info@naturalfit.com.au
Shipping Times
We work hard to keep our website up to date. If something you’ve ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you via email and let you know the expected delivery date. If you’d prefer not to wait, we’ll gladly refund your full purchase amount, no questions asked.
In-stock items are usually dispatched by the next working day. Deliveries to the eastern states typically take 3-5 days, while regional areas and other states may take 5-7 days.
